摘要：

梳理了当前网络空间国际治理现状，深入分析了网络空间全球治理面临的困难与挑战，在充分理解领会中国网络空间国际合作战略的基础上，提出了参与网络空间国际治理应注重把握的原则，以及积极引领网络空间国际规则制定、争取更多网络空间话语权和制度性权力可考虑采取的相关举措。

关键词: 网络空间, 全球治理, 网络空间国际规则

Abstract:

The current situation of global governance of cyberspace was combed,and the difficulties and challenges were analyzed deeply.Based on the fully understanding of the Chinese international strategy of cooperation on cyberspace,the principles of participation on global governance of cyberspace,which should be paid attention to,were proposed,as well as the measures on leading the establishment of international rules on cyberspace to strive for discourse right and institutional power.
