摘要：

电信IP 网管是 OSS 体系的一部分，随着运营商 IP 网络的扩大、业务的增多以及运营要求的精细化，IP 网管要处理的数据越来越多，网管 IT 基础设施面临着负载不均衡、设备管理困难、IT 设备被动扩容等诸多问题。本文以某运营商的 IP 骨干网网管为例，首先介绍了目前网管架构面临的问题，分析了云计算技术在 IP 网管中应用的可行性和必要性，然后提出了私有云改造的方案及实施步骤的建议。

Abstract:

With the expansion of IP network and services over IP,telecom operators have to manage more and more data through IP NMS.Now there are many problems in IT infrastructure of IP NMS such as load unbalance,equipment management and capacity expansion.This paper analyzes the cloud computing solution in IP backbone NMS.Firstly we introduced the current IT structure of IP NMS and discussed the feasibility and necessity of cloud computing solution for it.Then we developed a program of cloud computing modification in IP NMS and offer some suggestions on implementation steps.
