摘要：

本文首先简要介绍了IMS 产生的背景及基本特性，提出了在电信网中引入IMS 的相关问题。随后，从技术实现角度出发，分别描述了IMS 基于R4移动网络或固网软交换的引入方式。最后，结合我国各网络运营商现状以及IMS 技术成熟趋势，探讨了IMS 未来在我国电信网络中的引入方式。

Abstract:

This article starts with the introduction of IMS basic characteristics and brings the key issues on IMS implementation in telecom networks. Then, it gives detail description on the way of implementation based on mobile network or fixed network. Finally, some advices are proposed based on the discussion about operators'network actuality and the maturity of IMS technology.
