摘要：

国内各大电信运营商都在对运营支撑系统进行改造升级，中国移动集团北京分公司在2006年10月完成了计费系统升级上线，此次采用了业界具有争议的COTS（commercial off-the-shelf）方式，对运营支撑系统的建设做出了有益的尝试。本文从计费系统中业务流系统的性能优化及设计管理描述系统上线后的系统维护工作的内容，为COTS方式下的系统建设工作提供经验。

Abstract:

All telecom operators are upgrading the BOSS. Beijing Mobile communication company have completed billing system upgrading on oct. 2006, which adopted COTS（commercial off-the-shelf）hat is disputed in industry to realize the bill system. The billing system construction of the Beijing Mobile have made to be helpful to try. This paper describe systematic performance optimization and design management of sales flows in billing system after system implementation. We hope this will offer experience for other COTS system construction.
