摘要：

在长期的OSS建设过程中，业务需求变化和技术发展所形成的压力，往往使得系统在适应性和拓展性方面存在一定的问题，随之而来的就是不断地融合，不断地推倒重来。本文试图理解NGOSS所提出的面向服务架构模型，并对如何在系统建设过程中引入面向服务的理念，形成一种开放稳定的架构，提出了自己的看法。

关键词: 运营支撑系统, 技术中立架构, 面向服务架构, Web服务

Abstract:

In the long-term OSS construction process, the pressure which comes into being by the request change of services and the technology development, causes the system has some problems in the compatibility and the expansibility, the following is the unceasing convergence and unceasing overthrow. This paper attempts to understand the SOA conceptual model of the NGOSS framework, and gives some advisements of how to import the SOA' concept during system construction, thus the OSS' architecture may be opening and stable.
