摘要：

本文简单介绍了BOSS（业务运营支撑系统）的概念以及BOSS在电信企业运营维护管理方面的支撑作用，重点剖析了BOSS在当前建设中以及未来新技术、新业务网络中所面临的挑战，如系统的纵向、横向互联问题，企业数据利用问题，BOSS 自身维护管理问题等，并从技术和管理上提出了解决建议，希望能为BOSS建设起到一些参考作用。

Abstract:

This paper puts emphasis on analyzing the challenges which the telecommunication carriers are facing when they’re building the BOSS, and the future challenges when the BOSS try to meet the new technical networks and service networks. Such as interconnecting among the multi-level networks and multi-level organizations, making full use of the data stored in the builded or building support systems, maintaining the BOSS themselves，and so on. Finally, proposals are put forward on the aspects of technic and management, and wish it’s helpful for the carriers to build their BOSS.
