摘要:

在全业务运营市场背景下,渠道的重要性将越来越突出。本文首先介绍了全业务运营商实现多渠道协同服务营销的必要性,然后分别从适配和协同两个方面阐述了渠道协同体系内容,并详细介绍了多功能渠道协同和单一功能渠道协同两种不同的渠道协同策略。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the necessity of channels collaboration to full-service carriers and the channels collaboration system in channel fit and collaboration two parts.At last,this paper describes two different collaboration strategies in detail,which are multi-function channels collaboration and single-function channels collaboration.
