摘要：

本文介绍了基于BroadbandForum（原DSLForum）的TR069协议实现的IPTV终端管理实现方案，并结合IPTV终端独有的业务需求，详细描述了通过ITMS如何实现对IPTV终端的综合管理，为实现ITMS统一管理用户侧终端提供了有效的参考。

Abstract:

In this article，TR069 based ITMS is introduced into IPTV system to handle IPTV STB and meets the needs of the unique requirement of IPTV services. With more detailed description about ITMS，an integrated user-end terminal management system is shown here as a reference for the network operators.
