摘要：

LBS已经成为当今移动和互联网领域的热点应用，本文在分析移动LBS关键问题的基础上，提出了移动与固定融合网络环境下的LBS业务运营基本架构及其功能要求，为LBS业务推广提供发展思路和技术解决方案。

关键词: LBS, GIS, FMC, 移动互联网, 增值服务

Abstract:

With the booming market in creative 3G mobile and internet service，location based service is becoming one of potential kill applications in the near future.In view of the key issues in legacy location based service of mobile domain，a new operating architecture for location based service in mobile and fixed converged network are proposed.Based on analysis on new features and requirements of convergence environment，personalization and Internet oriented strategies and solutions for location based service are also developed.More over，the suggested functional architectures of the system are described briefly，as well as the service management platform in the perspective of subscribers，carriers and Internet content providers.
