摘要：

本文基于B.Meng协议提出了一个安全的、满足公平性及不可否认性的电子交易协议，该协议保护了交易信息的隐私性，提高了处理效率。协议所涉及的可信第三方是离线的，所以减少了对第三方的依赖，提高了安全性，避免了瓶颈问题的产生。

关键词: 公平非否认, 电子交易, 可信的第三方

Abstract:

In this paper a securely fair non-repudiation protocol is proposed，at the same time it greatly improves the security and efficiency in B. Meng＇s protocol. It is more important that the trusted third parties is off-line in the proposed protocol，so it can obviously reduce the involvement of trusted third parties and solve the bottleneck problem.
