摘要：

本文首先讲述了电信业转型的必要性和转型的内涵，然后回顾和分析了全球主要电信运营商的典型转型案例，介绍了中国电信转型的实践、成果和教训，最后简要总结了全球电信业转型的主要经验和教训，并提出了电信业转型与“去电信化”改造关系的观点。

Abstract:

Firstly the paper described the necessity and intension of the transformation of telecommunication industry. Then the paper reviewed and analyzed typical transformation cases of world wide major telecom operators and the practice, achievements and lessons of the transformation of China Telecom Corporation. Finally, the paper summarized major experience and lessons of the transformation of world wide telecom operators in brief and presented the view on the relationship on the transformation of telecom industry and de-telecom reform.
