摘要：

改革开放以来，通信行业作为支柱产业一直引领国民经济的发展，但是时至2007年，通信行业收入增长首次低于GDP的增长，2008年后差距更加拉大。通信行业为什么会由先导转为滞后？未来，通信行业还能引导国民经济发展吗？通信行业新的增长点在哪里？本文试图结合中国移动湖北公司的实例，探讨通信行业未来的机遇和方向。

Abstract:

Since the economic reform and opening-up in the late 1970s,as one of the economic bachbones,the telecommunication industry has been leading the development of the national economy. However, in 2007, its revenue growth went below the GDP growth for the first time, and the gap continued to widen after 2008. Why did the telecom industry's role change from leading to lagging the national economy? Will the telecom industry regain its leading role in the national economic development? What are the new growth factors in the telecom industry? We try to use the case study of China Mobile Group Hubei Company to examine the prospect opportunities and the future direction in the telecom industry.
