本文分析了新世纪以来全球电信业和我国电信业的战略转型，以及金融危机对电信业带来的深刻影响和变化，指出了未来10年电信业发展转型的重大机遇。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the strategic transformation of telecommunications industry in the global and China from the new century. The paper also analyzes the influence and changes brought by the financial crisis. Finally the paper points out the major development opportunity of the telecommunications industry in the next 10 years.
