作者通过自己的亲身经历，描述了中国电信运营商在互联网业务方面发展的全过程。文章以互联网在电脑、手机、电视三大屏幕的应用为主线，回顾了电信运营商的探索、彷徨、思考及取得成功的经验，同时对未来进行了展望。

Abstract:

Author through his own personal experience, describes the public Internet in China telecom's business activities as a whole. The Internet through the computer, mobile phone, TV three screens as the application of the main line, recalls the telecommunications enterprises in the development process of exploration, a loss, thinhing and successful experience, at the same time puts forward the vision for the future.
