摘要：

本文对国内外Telematics的市场和产业发展现状进行了全面的描述，对典型的Telematics应用模式和价值链构成进行了深度剖析，基于对现状和趋势的分析，进一步探讨了电信运营商在Telematics领域的角色定位与业务模式，并结合客户需求变化、新技术发展对中国的Telematics应用及技术发展趋势进行了详细阐述，为电信运营商创新Telematics服务提供借鉴。

Abstract:

This thesis describes the domestic and foreign markets and industrial development of Telematics,analyzes typical business models and the composition of the value chain,discusses the role of telecom operators in Telematics field,and describes application and technology development trends and development prospects of Telematics.
