摘要:

挖掘客户资源,采取主动营销,对金融业的发展至关重要,金融业作为物联网的重要应用领域之一,对物联网的发展具有积极的推动作用。在物联网和RFID技术的基础上,构建了智慧金融系统模型,提出一种双队列智能排号算法,有效避免错号、飞号、恶意排号的情况,并实现智能排号;进一步发现解决主动营销问题的实质是解决指数分布族问题,提出一种基于广义多元线性回归分析的主动营销算法,利用Softmax回归算法实现智能分析,挖掘客户潜力,进行主动营销。

Abstract:

To develop the customer resource and take initiative marketing are of vital importance to the financial industry.As a major application of Internet of things,the financial industry can promote the developing of Internet of things.Based on architecture and RFID technology of Internet of things,the paper proposes a new intelligent finance system model,the proposed algorithm which named double queue is effective to eliminate the wrong number,empty number and ill-queuing.A future work shows that the formulation of the initiative marketing problem is an exponential family distribution,so a initiative marketing algorithm is proposed based on generalized multiple linear regression analysis as well as Softmax regression algorithm to tap the potential of clients,achieve intelligent analysis and initiative marketing.
