摘要:

异构网的引入及多种制式的网络共存使 LTE 网络运营维护的复杂程度大为增加,为提升网络建设与维护效率,降低网络运营成本,3GPP 从 R8、R9 开始提出了 LTE 自组织网络(SON)技术。本文介绍了网络自配置、自优化、自愈等 LTE SON 技术及标准的最新进展,对业界提出的主要功能及其解决方案进行了综合评述。最后结合运营需求,分析了SON 技术向端到端、多功能联合发展的趋势。

Abstract:

The increasing prevalence of HetNet and multi-technology network pose significant complexity of network O&M. To improve efficiency of network deployment and operation,and to reduce OPEX,3GPP initiates the work towards standardizing self-organizing capabilities for LTE in R8,R9. This article introduces the latest status and standard development of LTE SON, the main features and solutions of self-configuration,self-optimization and self-healing,and analyzes the future and positioning of the LTE SON development trend.
