摘要:

PCC 是实现智能管道的关键技术,基于PCC 架构可以实现网络资源的控制与管理,提升网络的服务质量。EPON 是基于以太网的光接入网技术,其数据业务流量的突发性及分布的不均衡性,影响话音通信的质量。本文提出了基于 PCC 架构构建 EPON 智能管道以提升 EPON 话音服务质量的解决方案,给出了基于 PCC 的 EPON 智能管道的网络架构,重点讨论了通过对 EPON 话音、数据及视频业务的策略控制提高EPON 话音服务质量的方法。

关键词: 以太网无源光网络, 智能管道, 策略与计费控制, 话音业务, 端到端服务质量

Abstract:

Policy and charging control(PCC)is a crucial technique of the realization of intelligent pipeline. Based on the PCC architecture, control and management of network resources can be done so that the quality of network service would surely be improved. Meanwhile, an ethernet-based optical access network technology named EPON born with defects of having sudden data traffic and unbalanced load distribution, both of which affects the quality of voice communication seriously. To solve this problem, a solution on voice service quality improvement of EPON is proposed, involving with the PCC-based EPON intelligent pipe construction. In this paper, network architecture of the PCC-based EPON intelligent pipe had been shown, more intensely, methods of voice service quality improvement based on the strategy control of voice and data service over EPON have been focused.
