摘要：

TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA系统间的小区重选是无线资源控制模块在空闲模式下的重要功能之一，也是多模单待终端的必备功能之一，对系统间的互操作有重要的意义。本文简要介绍多模单待终端的现状，详细研究小区重选以及TD-LTE异系统重选的准则，对TD-LTE和TD-SCDMA系统间的小区重选流程进行设计，并在SDL/TTCN板级测试平台上对该流程进行了测试验证，得出MSC序列图。

Abstract:

The cell reselection between TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA is one of the important functions of the radio resource control module which in IDL,and one of the essential functions of the multimode single-standby terminals.The cell reselection of inter_rat plays a great role in operation in different systems.This article begins with a brief introduction on current situation of multimode single-standby terminals,in the following part it carries on the study and analysis of cell reselection standard and TD-LTE inter_rat cell reselection standard,and then designs and implements the cell reselection which is verified through the SDL/TTCN test and verification platform.At last,the platform gives the MSC.
