摘要：

针对机载公众移动通信这一近年来出现的无线电新应用，分析其技术手段和主要特点，对比了国内外应用情况，同时指出了机载公众移动通信系统在用频、设台以及兼容共存方面需要注意的问题。

关键词: 机载公众移动通信, 卫星移动业务, 地空通信系统

Abstract:

The technologies and features of airborne wireless systems for public mobile communication were analyzed, applications in different states were compared. At last, the issues that need attention were indicated that frequency assignment and radio station using must coexist with other airborne systems, which could influence the safety of the aircraft.
