摘要:

对融合通信当前的产业形势进行了简要评估,从产品和服务、业务部署、市场策略、合作伙伴、服务支撑和统一入口6个方面,对欧美主流运营商的融合通信业务进行深入分析,并对运营商开展融合通信的策略和定位进行探讨。

Abstract:

The unified communication(UC)industry was reviewed and nine European and American operators' UC practices were analyzed from six perspectives: services and bundle, deployment model, marketing strategy, industry partners,service support and portal.Operators'UC strategies were also discussed based on the key findings.
