浅析通信局站动环监控系统的标准化——中国电信动环监控系统升级和标准化工作相关问题探讨

摘要：

为适应“集约化运营”的维护体制改革要求，中国电信集团将逐步对动环监控系统中的所有信号进行规范化、标准化的设置，并建立省级动环网管平台。通过对江苏电信动环监控系统存在的问题进行充分的研究，从局站名称、设备名称、信号名称和信号属性的统一入手，最终探索出可以简单复制的标准化模式，并对省级动环网管平台的收敛模式和各单元的功能进行详细的分析，对制定动环监控系统的集约化规范具有很好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:

To comply with the maintenance reformation requirement of ＂intensive management＂, China Telecom Corporation, while initiating a power and environment management platform on the provincial level, is starting a normalized and standardized setup of all the signals in the power and environment supervision system. On the basis of an analysis of the existing faults with the power and environment supervision system of Jiangsu Branch of China Telecom Co., Ltd., an easily replicable mode, through unifying names of stations, facilities, and signals and attributes of signals was found; a detailed analysis of the convergence mode of the provincial power and environment management platform and the function of each unit was carried out, which may contribute to a great extent to the establishment of the criteria for the power and environment system.
