高铁WCDMA双载波专网实现及策略部署研究

Research and Deployment Strategy of WCDMA Dual-Carrier Private Network in High-Speed Rail Abstract: The double(multiple)carrier private network is the only way to solve WCDMA network covering quality and user perception in the high-speed rail.As to ensure high-speed rail WCDMA network quality and user experience, the strategies such as neighboring configuration, key parameter strategy, business distribution, frequency reuse, fall back strategy and so on, were analyzed and discussed. It provides a basis and reference with the key issues and related strategies for the follow-up high-speed rail WCDMA network construction,planning,design and optimization.

摘要:

双(多)载波专网是高铁WCDMA网全覆盖下保证网络质量和用户感知的唯一解决方案。以邻区配置策略实现双载波专网,对用业务分配策略、频率复用策略、回落策略、关键参数策略等加载和优化双载波专网进行了充分分析和论述,并在京广高铁河南段进行了有效验证。为高铁WCDMA专网建设、规划、设计和优化相关策略的采用提供了依据和参考。

Abstract:

The double(multiple)carrier private network is the only way to solve WCDMA network covering quality and user perception in the high-speed rail.As to ensure high-speed rail WCDMA network quality and user experience, the strategies such as neighboring configuration, key parameter strategy, business distribution, frequency reuse, fall back strategy and so on, were analyzed and discussed.
