摘要:

融合与开放已经成为ICT发展的潮流,支持ICT运营的OSS/BSS和ITSM系统必须进行内部成分之间以及与外部系统间的有效融合才能适应这一形势的发展。总结了当前ICT服务运营的特点,分析了OSS/BSS一体化的驱动力,描述了一体化的具体内容及其实施时需要考虑的问题,指出了ITSM与OSS/BSS融合过程中典型的错误观点,给出了融合的正确途径以及可采用的技术与架构。

Abstract:

As fusion and openness become the trend of ICT industry,an OSS/BSS/ITSM system in a service provider or network operator needs effective integration with external systems and resources as well as among the internal isolated components,to provide better support to the operation.The characteristics of the operation of service providers and network operators were summarized,then,the requirements of the OSS/BSS components integration were analyzed,the integration tasks and the noticeable implementation issues were described,the typical misunderstandings in the ITSM and OSS/BSS fusion were pointed out,and the proper fusion approach and available system architectures were given.
