摘要：

针对目前中国电信网管现状中存在的问题和集约化运营的要求，探讨了未来网管架构体系规划的新思路，明确提出了应建设具有五大能力和分层的智能网管体系架构，同时也考虑现有网管向智能网管演进的模式。

Abstract:

Based on requirements of intensive operation and problems in legacy network management systems,the layered network management system architecture which has five function groups was developed,and then,the evolution modes toward intelligent network management systems were studied.
