摘要:

区域空间应急通信系统具有时延小、容量大、建设快、易于维护等优势,有广泛的应用前景,可以将区域空间应急通信系统应用于电力通信网中,实现电力应急通信。探讨了区域空间应急通信系统的可行性组网方案,从实际应用角度出发对该系统架构与组网方案进行了详细设计,并对所提系统的可行性进行了验证。同时,基于该系统架构,探讨了区域空间应急通信系统面临的关键技术问题,为后续开展研究提供了思路。

Abstract:

Regional spatial emergency communication system not only has a low delay,large capacity advantages,but also has fast system construction and easy maintenance properties,which has a broad application prospects.The feasibility of regional space emergency communication system was discussed,then the architecture of regional spatial emergency communication system was designed,and the application scenario of regional spatial emergency communication used in power emergency communication was discussed.Finally,the key technical issues based on this system architecture were discussed,which could provide a guideline to study the regional spatial power emergency communication.
