摘要:

多天线技术能够在不增加带宽的条件下,大幅提高系统容量和链路可靠性,因而成为LTE的关键技术之一。多天线技术性能不仅取决于空时信号处理,天线本身的指标也很大程度上影响其网络部署。概括了当前LTE多天线技术的现状,通过仿真和测试重点分析了LTE-FDD覆盖增强多天线技术的性能,并对多天线技术在5G系统的演进和技术挑战进行了介绍。

Abstract:

Multiple antenna technology is considered as one of the few that has the potential to provide relatively large gains in wireless mobile network. The recent progress of using multiple antenna technology in commercial LTE network in China was discussed. By focusing on LTE-FDD network, details of simulation results and measurements from commercial networks were provided to demonstrate the obtainable gains in the real world when compared with theoretical predictions. Based on the current state of art, an outlook at the future trends of the multiple antenna technology with discussions on road maps, challenges and standard progress was given.
