摘 要:随着中国电信近年来在3G终端、应用及服务的全方位提速,网络负荷增加尤其是小流量常在线业务的不断普及,反向底噪抬升愈来愈成为影响3G网络用户感知提升的关键性能瓶颈因素之一。从精细控制AT发射功率这一全新视角出发,在对cdma2000 1x Ev-Do网络RSSI问题产生机理进行深入分析的基础上,针对小流量常在线等业务的特点,搭建场景对反向功率控制、信道增益及RoT 等关键参数进行试验,研究了不同参数组合对反向底噪及用户感知的影响,目前该模板已在江苏全省推广,在不增加成本投入的情况下,取得了网络容量及用户感知的显著提升。

Abstract:

In recent years, as the rapid-growth of the 3rd generation terminals, applications and services, the network load increase especially when small-flow online applications are much more popular. The RSSI problem became one of the critical bottlenecks to enhance the using experience. With the deep analysis of RSSI mechanism of cdma2000 1x Ev-Do network, the different effects on network reverse noise and user's experience of different combinations of parameters were discussed, a new parameter template was created based on the optimal control of AT transmit power. The template has applied in Jiangsu province and significantly improved the network capacity and user's experience without increasing the cost.
