摘要： 聚焦电信运营商的SaaS业务发展,研究SaaS业务特征,分析电信运营商发展SaaS业务的优劣势,通过分析电信运营商目前开展SaaS业务的成功经验,提出电信运营商发展SaaS业务的建议。

Abstract: Firstly the characters of SaaS service are studied,then the advantages and disadvantages of SaaS service development for telecom operators are analyzed.After that,some SaaS business services of international influential telecom operators are studied.Finally,some SaaS service development suggestions for telecom operators are proposed and analyzed in detail.
