移动互联网时代的运营商战略初探

摘要:

移动互联网的发展带动整个移动通信行业发生显著变化,促进移动通信业、互联网业、媒体业等行业的深度融合,并带来产业链价值的重构。在此过程中,移动运营商存在边缘化和管道化的风险。为帮助移动运营商应对挑战,研究了移动互联网时代行业的主要特征,并重点分析了移动运营商在应用领域面临的挑战。提出了移动运营商的5项战略举措,包括优化基础网络、在内容和应用领域树立核心竞争力等,力求在产业链重构中创造价值。

Abstract:

The development of mobile internet caused the significant changes of mobile communication industry and advanced the integration of mobile communication, internet and media industries. In this progress, mobile operators had the marginalization and channelization risks. To help mobile operators cope with the challenges, the main characteristics of the industry was researched and the challenges of mobile operators in the application field were closely analyzed. Five strategies, such as optimizing basic network, constructing core competitive power in content and application fields etc, were put forward to create mobile operators' value in the change of industry.
