摘要:

在分析现有电子渠道基本情况的基础上,针对运营商全业务运营需求,阐述运营商级电子渠道服务质量要求,提出运营商级电子渠道平台体系架构,并进一步分析了电子渠道平台系统实施过程所涉及的几个关键技术问题,最后给出初步的平台建设策略。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of current status for electronic channel, this thesis first introduces the core service requirement of the electronic channel's for all-service operation, presents the indicator of quality of service for telecom operator. Then it discusses the service platform architecture, and analyzes the key requirements to system implementation of electronic channel. Finally, it proposes some suggestions and strategies to construct the electronic channel.
