    Video service is an important service for telecom operators.The advantages and disadvantages among IPTV,OTT TV and IPTV+OTT convergent architecture were compared,then the evolution direction of video service technology architecture of telecom operators was presented.Internet-1ike IPTV is either open and intelligent like OTT TV,or easy to operate and differentiated on service like IPTV.The evolution strategies of some key technologies,such as video codec,stream transportation,CDN,multicast,user interface,and end-to-end quality assurance,were proposed.

    The distributed parallel computing in the super-resolution image enhancement applications was introduced.Super resolution image enhancement refers to improving the image resolution of 1080P video to 4K by software without upgrading existing acquisition device and increasing the transmission bandwidth.Due to the fact that super resolution image enhancement technology needs enormous computing power,super resolution image enhancement system and performance comparison testing by distributed parallel computing was studied.The conclusion shows that the super-image enhancement processing ability can be enhanced hundreds of times with distributed parallel computing technology,so that the production capacity of 4K video can be improved in rea1-world application.

    Based on the differences of social relations between nodes,a community structure perception routing mechanism was proposed for the reason of low message delivery probability in intermittently connected wireless network.According to state information of nodes in each movement cycle,Markov models was established to show the state transition process among nodes,further,the centrality of node was obtained.Then considering about the centrality of node and exploiting the method of community label switching,network structure was checked dynamically.Finally,the central node in the community was chosen as the relay node to forward messages.Results show that the proposed method is accurate,and the performance of delivery ratio can be improved 90% approximately,optimizing the network performance greatly.

    Device-to-device(D2D)communication enables direct data transmission between mobile terminals(MT)in proximity by reusing the frequency of traditional cellular network.It is capable to improve individual quality of service(QoS),reduce MT's energy consumption and expand cell coverage.Particularly,when multiple MT request the same content of service at cell edge,some MT in their vicinity could relay the data to them by means of D2D multicast transmission.However,due to the limited battery lifetime of MT and spectral reusing between D2D and cellular communications,relay node selection and power control are two key techniques needed to be addressed.A particle swarm optimization based scheme to minimize the sum power consumption of mobile relays while guarantee the individual QoS requirement by incorporating both relay node selection and power control was proposed.The efficacy of our scheme was extensively verified through numerical results.

    Most of the latest works on utility mining generates a huge number of candidates in dealing with big data,which suffers from the scalability issue.Some work does not generate candidates,but suffers from the efficiency issue due to lack of strong pruning and high computation overhead.A novel algorithm that finds high utility patterns in a single phase without generating candidates was proposed.The novelties lie in a prefix growth strategy with strong pruning,and a sparse matrix based representation of transactions with pseudo projection.The proposed algorithm works in a depth first manner and does not materialize high utility patterns in memory,which further improves the scalability.Extensive experiments on synthetic and rea1-world data show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the latest works in terms of running time,memory overhead,and scalability.

    The base station clustering problems in wireless heterogeneous network to suppress the inter cell interference were studied.A clustering method based on the threshold,which can improve the system performance,was proposed.The method maximizes the transmission rate for the target under the heterogeneous network scenarios,then selecting the base stations meeting the threshold value to collaborate,at the same time considering the user belonging-base station's signal intensity and the no-belongings' interference.The receiver transmission rate in different clustering methods was analyzed.The simulation results show that the proposed method is better than the existing methods in the system transmission rate.

    A novel opportunistic-network-coding-based retransmission approach was proposed.According to the feedback on packet loss from the receiving nodes,this novel approach can not only efficiently select a combination of lost packets through Hash lookup for packet retransmission,but also can ensure priority retransmission making up to a single combination retransmission packet which can maximize the number of receiving nodes for recovering their lost packets.Furthermore,the proposed approach fully exploits the coding opportunity based on neighborhood association,and allows the receiving nodes to recover their lost packets from multiple retransmission packets.The simulation results show that this novel approach can effectively reduce the number of retransmissions to improve the transmission efficiency with respect to the existing algorithms.

    An improved online dynamic allocation algorithm of VM(ODAA-VM)instances was proposed.The algorithm was invoked as soon as a user places a request or some VM instances already allocated become available again,then the algorithm selects users who would be allocated VM instances for the period they requested and ensures that those users would continue using those VM for the entire period requested.In addition,the proposed algorithm has the incentive effects for the user.Simulation experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

    For the resource allocation in OFDMA MIMO relay downlink system,a quality of service aware resource allocation scheme with low complexity under total power constraint was proposed.First,under the assumption of equal power allocation,a selective priority factor was chosen for the relay selecting and subcarrier allocation.The relay selection and subcarriers allocation were carried out depending on the priority factor.Then the optimal power allocation was implemented through convex optimization algorithm.Numerical results show that the proposed scheme can not only achieve the higher capacity of system,but also guarantee the quality of service for each user.

    A SDN communication quality assurance strategy which organic combines DDoS threat identification with route optimization was put forward.It means,when the intent link was congestive attacked by DDoS,it wi11 identify and filter the abnormal data packet,and wi11 generate optimized routing to ensure the quality of network communications.First of a11,a distributed intrusion detection system under SDN framework was designed.The system realizes the detection recognition,filtration and treatment about the DDoS threat,such as cheating message,excepting message and destroying message.Secondly,a kind of best algorithm about generating routing path was realized.The experimental result shows that the network deployment plan which mentioned in this paper,can identify and filter the aggressive data packet,and the average network data transmission delay doesn't increase sharply when the network is under attack.

    Following the evolution of mobile network and the development of smart devices,the mobile internet services emerge rapidly with fierce competitions,in which,improving the users' perception is quite important to win the victory in the competition.A users' experience evaluation mechanism for the main stream mobile internet services was developed and a set of KQI(key quality indicator)with authentication,inspection,and calculation methods were designed.The evaluation system of mobile internet user experience employs the big data analysis to restore the online behaviors of users,and calculates the KQI values from different dimensions of the indexes.The system realizes the comprehensive,in time,and accurate evaluation for the user experience,and thus provides strong value-added supports to the network operators and mobile internet companies.

    The prob1em of e1ectromagnetic interference of 2 400 MHz band were studied, based on the physica1 1ayer microstrip techno1ogy, combining the e1ectromagnetic finite conductor surface mirror and array factor superposition princip1e. Antenna structure which having specia1 radiation performance was designed,the antenna medium was studied. Through the examination on the antenna, the anti interference performance was verified. It has an effect on the reducing of the channe1 packet retransmission rate and the increasing of the channe1 packet transmission rate.
