    With rapid development of the mobile internet,operators pay more attention to the core service capabilities and expose them to developers through API.Building an operator-centric ecosystem becomes the focus of competition.This paper proposes an architecture of open service innovation environment for the mobile internet,the components of which include open service middleware,service development and creation environment,service deployment and execution environment,content deployment environment,service management and operation environment,service enablers,application and content store,and self-service system.The architecture's components and interaction are all analyzed in this paper.

    SoLoMo application has already been popular everywhere,so music application do.And music + social mode appears in recent months,there are also some development impetus is very fierce music community,music + SoLoMo mode so far have not seen.China Telecom IMusic“ImuDJ music radio”is a music + SoLoMo application.ImuDJ supports Android,IOS(iPhone,iPod,iPad)and Web.It supply conventional online music radio and chat tools to communicate online friends;and according to user position calculating the distance between users,and according to the users' music behavior calculating "music fate" index ......It is a truly SoLoMo application.This paper introduced the main features and key technologies of the" ImuDJ",and analysis of SoLoMo in the field of music development prospect.

    The resource search algorithm in P2P networks is mainly based on flooding algorithm.However,flooding algorithm is only suitable for small networks due to the huge traffic caused by it.Ant algorithm has many advantages such as robustness and parallelism to name a few,and many researchers have already used it for resource search in P2P networks.This paper analyzes the problems when using ant algorithms in P2P networks,and then proposes a new P2P network architecture which is more suitable for ant algorithm.An open network architecture for simulation is then presented.Visibility is always one of two basic elements of ant algorithm.However,this paper shows that using visibility in P2P networks will cause three disadvantages: to result in local minimum,to make flux convergent and to make the realization of the ant colony algorithm difficult.This paper presents a new ant algorithm without visibility.A series of experiments show that the global ability of the new algorithm is better than that of others.

    Coordinated multi-point (CoMP)technology can improve both the cell-edge user performance and the system throughput and has aroused widespread concern and study.Studying on CoMP should be based on a certain network architecture,but current central network architecture and distributed network architecture have larger CoMP delay and higher complexity.This paper presents an improved distributed network architecture which adds centralized control logical entities on the distributed network architecture,compares CoMP process of the three network architectures based on the same node selection and resource allocation scheme.Results indicate that the proposed network architecture can simplify CoMP process as well as reduce CoMP delay and implementation complexity.

    For the lifetime problem of wireless sensor networks when nodes are non-uniform distribution,nearest-neighbor power control algorithm for optimizing lifetime in multi-clusters wireless sensor networks (NPCAOL_MC)is proposed.K-means algorithm is used to determine the number of clusters and the corresponding nodes in each cluster.Then nearest-neighbor algorithm is used to measure the node density of each cluster and determine optimal communication distance of each cluster.The optimal transmission powers of each cluster are calculated with Friss free space model.Finally sink node broadcasts to inform nodes that in the same cluster,nodes use cluster optimal transmission power to communication.Nodes between different clusters use the default maximum transmission power to communication.Simulation results show that NPCAOL_MC algorithm analyzes the entire node position information,uses the cluster optimal transmission power,then prolongs network lifetime and remains average energy consumption at a low level.In the wireless sensor network with node non-uniform distribution,NPCAOL_MC algorithm outperforms Ratio_w algorithm with fixed transmission power.

    The idea of fountain code is,the transmitter transmits unlimited numbers of coded packets until the receiver correctly receive enough number of coded packets to decode the original uncoded information.This characteristic implies that during the decoding of original information,almost all the coded packets have equally importance.In this paper,we propose a novel hybrid asymmetric BPSK/QPSK mapping modulation scheme for fountain codes.This scheme can increase system spectrum efficiency sharply,especially when the channels have relatively low signal-to-noise ratios(SNR).Firstly,we calculated the symbol error probability of different mapping methods in AWGN channels,and used different simulation results to prove our novel hybrid asymmetric BPSK/QPSK mapping modulation scheme is better than the classic QPSK modulation in low SNR scenarios.From the results above we can be inspired that,when the channels are fading or affected by Doppler effect,our novel scheme can have better performance because they will most likely to have high probability of relatively low instant SNR values.

    The combination of antennas-array and advanced signal processing technology leads to the appearance of smart antennas,which have the capability of concurrently dealing with signals of space domain and time domain.Research on smart antennas has become a hot spot in the area of signal processing.Currently,in TD-LTE systems,the multi-antennas beamforming technology with tiny array distance is applied to base station(BS),in order to lower the intra frequency interference between different user equipments(UE),and to increase the throughput of the UE in the edge of the cells,and enlarge the range of coverage of the cells.To grantee the accuracy and reliability of beam shaping,the adjusting of antennas-array has become a key technology,which can reduce the amplitude errors and phase errors of different tunnels of the arrays.The simulation results show that our proposed scheme grantees the accuracy and reliability of beamforming.

    Among various searching techniques,the hot resource-based searching is focused on.In this paper,we propose an adaptive file replication method based on semantic dynamic community SARA(semantic-aware replication based on ARIMA).By introduced ARIMA prediction model and fully taken account the features of the semantics topology of unstructured P2P network,SARA copies possible hot resources in advance.The simulation results show that SARA effectively avoids unnecessary waste of copies,and reduces the replication cost.Meanwhile SARA also can guarantee a high search efficiency of the copies.

    The data transmission policy in Web application is discussed from the point of database and business process in this paper.A part of policies are depended on project experiences of DBA,system analyst,and software designer,so it mainly discusses an efficient data transmission policy which is independent on any experiences.It proposes the ADMP and ADSP to transfer a transaction data,and analyzes the time complexity and compares the data transmission efficiency of two methods.The experiment shows that the ADSP has a higher efficiency.

    In order to reduce the blocking probability and improve the control channel resource utilization in LTE PDCCH,this paper studies two kinds of resources allocation algorithm,proposes a modified algorithm by combining with the advantages.This algorithm based on CQI to determine the CCE aggregation level,calculating the aggregate level set that may be used,if unsuccessful in the first case,selectes the next level in the aggregation level set,until the allocation succeeds,or through all the set level.By comparing the simulation results,the modified algorithm can improve the resource utilization,and relatively reduce the blocking probability.

    In this paper,the coexistence interference between TD-LTE and WLAN is analyzed and the minimum coupling loss (MCL)between TD-LTE and WLAN is given by means of deterministic analysis.Also,this paper shows the testing results of two WLAN and TD-LTE coexisting deploying scenarios of with and without combiner respectively.At last,the deploying suggestions are given based on MCL analysis and test results.

    With the increasing penetration of smart phone devices,smart phone users gradually form different user segments according to gender,age,income,occupation and other natural factors.But general-purpose smart phone is still the market's mainstream.General-purpose smart phones are similar in the hardware components,operating system,application,user interface and other aspects.They can not meet the user's needs of different segments.To achieve differentiated customization,operator or terminal manufacturers should carry on terminal customization based on user's main demand of the segments,the hardware and software technology development,and the constraints of the user's acceptable price.This paper firstly introduces a market segmentation approach of consumer electronics market based on its natural attributes and its user awareness of consumer electronics,secondly proposes a differentiated customization approach of smart phone according to the segment market.

    Among various searching techniques,semantic-based searching has drawn significant attention recently.In this paper,we propose a novel and efficient search mechanism SKIP (search with K-Iteration preference)for P2P networks based on semantic group.In SKIP system,the most relevant part of the target nodes will be preferentially chosen to forward the query and that is called SKIP.Our analysis and simulation results show that the SKIP scheme provides a low overhead on topology maintenance that can be effectively used in P2P searching.Compared with the current semantic-based searching mechanism,we show that the SKIP scheme can outperform in terms of higher precision and lower search cost.

    Centralizing and converging of charging and billing system is the important direction of system construction of the internet era.Analyzing the current provincial centralized charging and billing systems,the trends and challenges of system construction were proposed.Considering the difficulties and the achievements of this area,the paper presented a feasible technical solution and described the key points of it.With the development of 3G,the dynamic policy control of mobile network has become the urgent business requirement for the operators.On the basis of in-depth study of existing policy control and charging framework,a PCC based implementation solution for converged policy control and charging was proposed.The simulation and verification of flow prepaid card show that the framework can solve the problems of dynamic policy control and converged charging better than the existing system frameworks,thus can reduce customer complaints and improve operational efficiency.
