    Mobile internet gets greater attention from society recently, for enterprises to establish advanced position in such rapidly developing market, the integration of smart terminal, network and application is critical. Smart terminal enriches the cloud computing based application service manifestations, which offeres a large number of online cloud services. As a result, the mobile internet cloud service providers are focusing on the integration of smart terminal and cloud based applications.     Radio frequency planning is the foundation of accelerating the development of broadband wireless mobile communication industry, while the spectrum demand forecast is the key of it. This paper provides an innovative hierarchical spectrum demand forecast method based on the ITU-R M.1768 recommendation, game theory and gray prediction. In the hierarchical forecast, firstly it predictes the total spectrum demand of IMT system according to China’s market data, secondly it forecastes the accurate proportion of TDD and FDD demand based on the using status and development strategies of China’s telecommunication operator enterprises, at last it puts forward spectrum planning reference suggestions of IMT system to China.

    To separate source signals one by one, we consider the blind source extraction problem of instantaneous mixtures using artificial bee colony optimization algorithm. A goal function is constructed first by exploiting the higher statistics prosperities of source signals, then the optimal extracted vectors are determined through maximizing the goal function using artificial bee colony optimization algorithm, so as to separate source one by one. The simulation results show that the method can achieve the blind separation for mixed signals in decreasing order of absolute kurtosis. Moreover, it can separate images of sub-gaussian distribution and speeches of super-gaussian distribution.

    Spectrum sensing is one of the key technologies in cognitive radio and energy detection is a typical method of it. According to the noise uncertainty problem of conventional energy detection in spectrum sensing, this paper proposes an adaptive threshold algorithm of energy detection based on noise estimation. Combined with the system requirements, the proposed algorithm adopts constant false-alarm probability detection; it adjusts the threshold parameters adaptively using the real-time noise variance estimation based on the noise statistical model. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm estimates the noise variance accurately and improves sensing performance obviously.

    In this letter, we derive an exact and approximate equation of spatial correlation based on Laplaciian energy distribution,and analyze the factors which have the effect on saptial correlation and use the results into the analysis of the BER performance of MIMO system. We analyze them in the uniform liner array (ULA) and uniform circular array (UCA) respectively, in which we present relationships of the BER versus the SNR, distance between antennas, and the angle of arrival (AOA) with different decay factors. And we also analyze the factors that determine the BER of the system, and the method of reducing the BER. Finally, when the value of decay factor a is big, the approximate analysis exhibits good agreement with the exact analysis, and makes the computational complexity greatly simplified.

    In this paper, we study the echo cancellation technology of the on-frequency digital repeater. By analyzing the convergence condition of adaptive filter based on least mean square(LMS) principle, we find that existing adaptive filtering algorithm using delay to eliminate the relevance is not able to guarantee the convergence condition being satisfied in principle, even when the outer channel is a single-path or a main path of multipath channel.We propose a novel algorithm sending the signal into the adaptive estimator after a delaying time to solve the problem. The novel algorithm conditionally improves the effect of echo cancellation. Further more, this paper proposes three new principles to eliminate the multipath echo.

    Based on differences in lifestyle and value, and considering geographical division as well as economic development level, this paper classified China’s consumers into major three areas. Data were collected through a survey of 2 648 consumers. The study revealed significant regional differences in four factors of 3G mobile phone purchasing motivations, including dignity, basic/practical function, fashion/individuality/entertainment and price. Finally a conclusion was made about the variances above.

    In this article,we analyze the impact of power limit on the reliability of RRC signaling in the HO procedure in the LTE system. As the reason of power limit, we put foward a way to reduce the probability of limited power which can improve the reliability of RRC signaling.     In wireless sensor networks the monte carlo localization(MCL)algorithm for mobile nodes has a relative better accuracy. However the frequent resampling of MCL method for strict filtering brought a lot of calculation which increased the node energy consumption. The received signal strength(RSS)based on the monte carlo localization algorithm was proposed. This algorithm uses the distance between anchor nodes and the measured value of the mobile node to correct the RSS mobile node and each anchor node weights between the narrow the traditional range of monte carlo sampling algorithm. The simulation shows that the method reduces the number of monte carlo sampling range and the communication overhead, and increases the node localization accuracy.

    Sounding reference signal(SRS) is defined in LTE system to acquire the uplink channel information. By SRS-based detection and estimation, uplink channel information can be obtained by the eNode B scheduler to perform resource scheduling for uplink transmission. A robust SRS-based channel estimation algorithm is deduced and especially a novel SINR estimation mothed is proposed in this paper. Finally, simulation results under typical channel scenarios show that the method can ensure the precision of the SINR estimation under various channel situation.

    This article mainly targeted on the difference of video communication on the internet and provided by telecos with detailed comparison on their architecture, service provisioning, functionality, reliability, access protocols, dialing number, QoS,terminal devices, and interoperability. According to the analysis,a new phrase “de-teleco” is proposed to be the key factor for Telecos’video communication, which indicates non-customized terminals, open architecture, internet-mode management,centralized deployment and operation.     Cyclic prefix(CP) is very important to prevent inter-symbol interference in TD-LTE systems, the receiver must calculate the type of CP in order to obtain the right FFT decode window. Base on the CP’s character, copying fixing length data from end of the symbol sequence, presents two algorithms,sequence correlation and energy difference, which can confirm the type through correlation degree and energy difference between different sequence lengths. Finally, considering algorithm complexity and DSP realization, improve on energy difference algorithm, using part sequence instead of whole sequence. Simulation result and algorithm theory show the effectiveness and low complexity.

    To address the problem that dynamic traffic information need a low-cost and efficient real-time delivery to improve driving safety and avoid traffic jam and accident, this paper presents a large-scale delivery method to broadcast dynamic traffic information using 3G LTE evolved multimedia broadcast multicast service. The technology advantages of E-MBMS as a dynamic traffic information delivery platform are discussed. With the simulation experiment, the performance of the raptor FEC in the FLUTE protocol is analyzed and results show the proposed method is efficient and suitable for delivering dynamic traffic information without error.

    OTA test(test for antenna performance) is one of the vital test items in wireless device authentication test. Concepts of OTA and requirements made by relevant standards is introduced in this paper, in addition, three solutions of OTA test are analyzed in detail. The original field electromagnetic anechoic chamber, one of the schemes, is one of the popular solutions currently. However, some problems arise in this system, including huge investment, high difficulty in construction and unabling to test MIMO terminal without upgrading. While the reverberation chamber enjoys a high reputation with its high test speed, small size and the ability to test MIMO terminal. What’s more, this solution is authorized by 3GPP in 2011 December. Finally, constructive opinions are suggested in this paper, and shows that it is necessary to perform OTA testing for operators.

And during this process, ODN(optical distribution network) is the most critical and difficult part of the construction and renovation of FTTH.
