    Exploring the way of global coordinated controlling of internet resources for the consistency of user experience,is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the development of smart network at present.Inspiration was got from the natural collective motion,and a coordinated fitting scheme of globe-domain resources based on node self perception,autonomous decision and automatic adjustment——situational-section fitting network (SiFiNet) was proposed.The basic concept of situational network was given,and the core mechanisms of scene perception modeling,scene fitting decision and service adaptive loading were discussed,which provided a possible solution for the development of smart network.

    Aiming at the problem that the accuracy of symbol timing synchronization algorithm is low due to the filter using universal filtered multi-carrier (UFMC) system.A symbol timing synchronization improvement algorithm suitable for UFMC system was proposed.The algorithm considered the influence of the filter on the symbol,and a new training sequence structure for symbol timing synchronization was proposed,and the corresponding formula of the time measure function was given.The new training sequence structure eliminated the platform effect brought by the filter,which improved the timing estimation performance of the algorithm.The simulation results show that the time-measuring function curve of the improved algorithm has a peak at the starting point,which improves the accuracy of the timing estimation.

    P4 (programming protocol-independent packet processor) can redefine the fields recognized by the forwarding device and its processing logic through software programming.Aiming at the problems that the new architecture CoLoR faces in actual deployment and improvement,the CoLoR architecture was implemented based on P4,and focused on the implementation of its control plane.The way to use the P4 language to define the header recognition and processing logic of CoLoR architecture-related devices,and to use ONOS (open network operating system) to implement the control mechanism was introduced,and it was deployed in practice to perform functional verification and performance testing.

    A distributed similarity matrix computation method based on users’ mobile network access location was proposed.MapReduce computing framework in the Hadoop ecosystem was used,and users’ mobile network access location information was considered as prior knowledge,then users were divided based on geographic location information and the similarity calculation was performed.The experimental results show that the computational efficiency of the proposed method is increased by nearly 25 times compared with the existing similarity matrix computation method.As for the outcome of the community detection,the proposed method get nearly the same results as the existing similar matrix computation method,the agreement rate is nearly 99.9%.

    In order to solve the coverage blind problem caused by deployment and failure of heterogeneous static sensor nodes,a coverage scheduling algorithm of mobile sensor nodes for optimizing network lifetime (CSA) was proposed.CSA considerd heterogeneous perceived radius of static sensor nodes and calculates the location of mobile sensor nodes based on the information of neighbor static sensor nodes.According to the location reported by static sensor nodes,coverage scheduling model was established.Heuristic solution method was proposed,to solve the scheduling model,and optimal location of mobile sensor nodes was obtained.The simulation results show that CSA can improve regional coverage and the number of survival static sensor nodes,improve network lifetime and reduce energy consumption of average static sensor nodes.Under certain conditions,CSA is better than Mno,MNode and MGrid algorithms.

    The weight of the truth,indeterminacy,and falsity membership under the neutrosophic framework may be different when dealing with different problems.Due to this,a component weighted cosine similarity coefficient was proposed,and it was introduced into the mean shift tracking algorithm.Firstly,the corresponding methods for calculating the membership of the truth,indeterminacy,and falsity were proposed based on the theory of 3σ,as well as the similarity between the features of the corresponding area of the object and background.Then the weighted cosine similarity coefficient was used to construct the weight vector.In addition,a weighted cosine similarity coefficient based scale updating method was proposed.The experimental results demonstrate that the modified visual tracking algorithm performs well,even when there exists challenges like similar background,illumination or scale variation.

    A centralized base station sleeping algorithm based on non-neighbor relation clustering was proposed for dense heterogeneous networks.Firstly,based on the non-neighbor relationship criterion,the low power base stations with no direct switching relationship were clustered into several groups.Then,the low power base station running mode decision mechanism and possible base station sleeping decision mechanism was set according to the energy efficiency mean of base station in each cluster and the position relations between the users and the base station.At last,all clusters run the decision mechanism of inner cluster according to the order of the implementation of sleeping algorithm.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has satisfactory network performance.

    BeiDou navigation satellite system (BDS) is a global navigation satellite system constructed and operated by China.At present,BDS is able to provide location,navigation and time service in Asia-Pacific,and will provide global service in 2020 as planned.As the fact of the rapid development of satellite communication technology,the spectrum and orbits of satellite are increasingly crowed.Therefore,it is vital to perform spectrum monitoring to BDS.Based on the STK orbital prediction data,the access time of the 14 non-GEO satellites in BDS to 9 Chinese cities in 10 days was collected.Group analysis according to different satellites and different cities,and similarity analysis within different cities were performed using the R programming language.At last,preliminary advices on site selection were provided according to the data analysis results.

    The mechanism of MC and its impact on the received signal vector were analyzed.A closed-form expression and an approximate expression of SC for antenna arrays with different forms were derived,where the power angle spectrum of arrival signal was modeled as Von Mises (VM) distribution.On this basis,the general expressions of SC with MC effect was derived.Simulation results show that the proposed analytical expressions are in good agreement with the numerical integration results.In addition,under the mutual coupling effect,the correlation of antenna array elements fluctuates around the correlation curve without mutual coupling,and the planar array has better resistance to mutual coupling.

    The popularity and portability of high-fidelity audio recording equipment and playback equipment poses a serious challenge for speaker recognition systems against playback attacks.Based on the differences between the original speech and the playback speech in high frequency region,the algorithm reversed the Mel-filter bank in Mel-frequency cepstral coefficient (MFCC) calculation,and the coefficients before the DCT were used as the features of the algorithm.SVM was utilized as the classifier.Experimental results show that this algorithm can effectively detect the playback speech.In addition,the algorithm is integrated into the GMM-UBM speaker recognition system,which significantly improves the systems’ capability of resisting the playback attack.

    Due to the physical proximity,D2D communications can bring proximity gain,reusing gain and hop gain,and thus can potentially increase system spectral-efficiency and energy-efficiency.Full-duplex D2D communications,which enable the transceiver to simultaneously transmit and receive in the same band,can further improve the system performance.Therefore,full-duplex D2D communications has being considered as one of the key techniques in the next generation cellular networks.The features of full-duplex D2D communications and the significance in 5G systems were briefly introduced as well as its applications.Then,the state-of-art research on full-duplex D2D resource allocation was presented and discussed.Finally,some research topics that deserve further study was outlined and concluded.

    Software-defined networking (SDN) is a new future network architecture,and it has become a hotspot in recent years.SDN experimental platform is an important way for future network architecture teaching and practicing.Some limitations were presented in current SDN experiments which commonly used pure software simulation environment.Based on the real hardware environment and the combination of virtualization and cloud computing technology,an SDN experimental platform for applying innovation was constructed.The availability and effectiveness of the experimental platform were verified by three SDN application innovation competitions.

    The IPTV user’s on-demand behavior model based on adaptive segmental stretched exponential (ASSE) was proposed to optimize the configuration of IPTV CDN system,to improve the video scheduling and storage strategy,and to provide users with better experience for video access.At the same time,the probability of the video access by using the actual IPTV user’s on-demand data of China Telecom was simulated.Experiments show that compared with the traditional modeling methods,the ASSE model proposed not only achieves the purpose of simplifying the mathematical model and reducing the computation,but also improves the accuracy of the curve fitting.It has good consistency with the actual data.

    The overall design ideas and system integration ideas of local energy internet were introduced.In view of the system integration technology,the local energy internet was explored and studied from three aspects of planning and terminal access integration,equipment and system integration,integration between different systems.The achievements were practiced in the State Grid Customer Service Center Northern Park.Practice results show that local energy internet can convert electrical energy and other clean energy into the cold,heat,electricity and other energy required by the region.The effective integration of energy flow and data flow,complementary advantages,interconnection and sharing among the each energy sources is achieved.

    The construction of IT projects in China has entered a stage of rapid development,the problem of the no-clear demand and inaccurate pre-investment estimates in pre-project are exposed.This is the most important reason of IT projects out of control,and it restricts the development of IT projects.The demand of IT project was revised and the relational grade was weighted based on the function point method.The revised demand get from weighted relational grade is beneficial to estimate the costs of the IT projects in pre-project,and it can ensure the orderly completion of IT projects.
