• In recent years, unmanned systems, such as unmanned aerial vehicle, unmanned vehicle and unmanned boat, have been developed rapidly. In this trend, more unmanned systems will connect to or build communication networks. It can be predicted that unmanned systems will play a more and more important role in the wide area coverage network integrating air and earth, or in the local coverage network of hot spots. The collaborative work of manned system and unmanned system will well combine the complementary advantages of manned system and unmanned system in decision-making and action, generate a more flexible and efficient working mode, and create a good trend of rapid iterative development and deep integration application for communication network, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automatic control and other technologies.
  
  In order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of National University of Defense Technology, the topic "Intelligent Communication and Networking Technology for Human-unmanned Collaboration" will be published in the Journal on Communicationss in 2023.
