    Graph neural network driven traffic prediction technology:review and challenge

    With the rapid development of Internet of things and artificial intelligence technology, accurate analysis and prediction of traffic data have become the primary target of intelligent transportations.In recent years, the method of traffic forecasting has gradually changed from the classical model-driven type to the data-driven type.However, how to effectively analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics of road networks through big data is one of the key issues in the traffic prediction process.Spatiotemporal big data analysis is a powerful tool for the traffic prediction.The traffic network can be modeled as a graph network, while the deep learning method can be extended on the graph network.Utilizing graph neural networks, we can build the spatiotemporal prediction model, and obtain the spatial-temporal correlation between the sensor nodes in road networks effectively by using graph convolution, which can significantly improve the accuracy of traffic prediction models.The traffic forecasting technology driven by graph neural networks was explored, and two kinds of traffic prediction models based on the analysis of deep spatial-temporal characteristics were extracted.The actual cases were analyzed and evaluated to discuss the technical advantages and key challenges of graph neural networks in the traffic prediction.The potential issues of graph neural network driven prediction mechanisms were also excavated.

    Development of digital intelligent networked manufacturing for flexible customized manufacturing

    Digital intelligent networked manufacturing technology and equipment are important foundations for the construction of manufacturing power and Internet power.They are important tools for the construction of digital workshop and intelligent factory, enabling the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Combined with the characteristics of multiple varieties and variable batches of products in the aerospace field, it was studied how to better conduct digital intelligent networked manufacturing, how to better build digital manufacturing workshops and flexible intelligent manufacturing factories.For single piece and small batch flexible manufacturing, the construction principle, implementation path and technical architecture of digital intelligent flexible manufacturing production line and workshop/factory were proposed, which could be used to guide the construction of digital intelligent workshop/factory for future flexible manufacturing standardization.Through the exploration and application practice of typical intelligent factory construction in the aerospace field, the innovative scenario applications were explored, such as flexible intelligent production equipment, automatic flexible precision measurement equipment, measurement feedback-based adaptive processing and industrial internet-based digital twin system.

    A new cloud native network architecture for the future network architecture design in the era of intelligent Internet of everything was proposed, that is, network of the cloud, for the cloud, and by the cloud.Furthermore, the concept and mechanism of Cybertwin were proposed to tackle the challenges of mobility, security and availability in cloud native network.Three fundamental questions of cloud native network architecture design were also elaborated, that is, addressing, indexing and resource orchestration.Finally, 6G use cases and future research topics of Cybertwin based cloud native network were discussed.

    6G technology is still in its initial stage of research.It is expected that in the next few years,the world will gradually reach a consensus on visions and key technical parameters of 6G .Focusing on the further expansion of application areas and further enhancement of technical capability,the technical fields were summarized that may be involved in the future 6G radio access,including the coverage expansion based on the satellite-terrestrial integration,millimeter wave and terahertz communications,data-driven network artificial intelligence (AI) and security,large-scale cooperation and cell-free architecture innovation,etc.On this basis,some important technologies,such as ultra-high reliability and low latency,full dynamic radio resource allocation and centimeter level precise positioning,which need to be further broken through in the wide-area Internet of things (IoT) based on the public mobile communication system were analyzed and prospected.Finally,the conclusions were given.

    Based on the vision on the 6G wireless communication network,i.e.,global coverage,all spectrums and all applications,we comprehensively survey 6G related wireless channel measurements,channel characteristics,and channel models for all frequency bands and all scenarios.Millimeter wave (mmWave),terahertz (THz),optical band,satellite,unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV),maritime,underwater acoustic,high-speed train (HST),vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V),massive/ultra-massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO),orbital angular momentum (OAM),and industry Internet of things (IoT) communication channels were particularly investigated.The related 6G channel measurement and modeling results were also given.Finally,future research challenges on 6G channel measurements and modeling were pointed out.

    Application and development of Internet of things in medical service

    With the continuous development of information technology,such technologies as the Internet of things,sensors,mobile terminals and big data are being fully used in medical services.Intelligent medical care has also become a new goal of hospital information construction.The emergence and development of Internet of things technology were analyzed,the importance of this technology in the field of medical and health construction were summarized,which helped to improve the efficiency and quality of medical process services,improved the level of comprehensive hospital management.Two aspects were mainly elaborated:one was the intelligent medical system based on the Internet of things,which provided medical and health interactive services to users,and promoted the transformation of disease from therapeutic intervention to preventive intervention; the other was the intelligent medical system based on the Internet of things,promoted cloud computing and real-time transmission and sharing of large data in medical information.The application of this technology improved the utilization of medical resourced,reduced the cost of medical treatment,and changed the traditional mode of medical treatment.It is foreseeable that intelligent medical services based on Internet of things will become an indispensable part of people’s healthy life.

    The present situation and trend,opportunities,and challenges of the development of Internet of Things (IoT) science and technology industry based on the technical ideas and academic views of IoT are systematically analyzed,including the social drive from the “information transmission” technology to “information service” technology and the information technology innovation strategy from the “network-centric services” to “service-centric networks”.An architecture based on “3S” and its system model is proposed,the future development strategy for IoT science and technology industry is discussed,and a kind of academic idea and innovative solution to promote the development of IoT science and technology industry is exploxed.
