    The present situation and trend,opportunities,and challenges of the development of Internet of Things (IoT) science and technology industry based on the technical ideas and academic views of IoT are systematically analyzed,including the social drive from the “information transmission” technology to “information service” technology and the information technology innovation strategy from the “network-centric services” to “service-centric networks”.An architecture based on “3S” and its system model is proposed,the future development strategy for IoT science and technology industry is discussed,and a kind of academic idea and innovative solution to promote the development of IoT science and technology industry is exploxed.

    In order to achieve the significant advantages of next generation intelligent transportation systems,realizing the smart control of vehicles,and satisfy the vehicular demands for on-road infotainment services,a novel space-air-ground integrated vehicular network architecture was proposed by making use of the space information in terms of service coverage,time synchronization,vehicle status sensing,etc.The project would investigate three fundamental scientific issues related to the novel network:1) space-air-ground integrated network reconfiguration under dynamic space resources constraints; 2) real-time sensing and efficient integration of multi-dimensional context information; 3) real-time,reliable and secure interaction among context information.The outcomes of this project will provide the foundations both in theory and practice for highly expected smart driving,immersive driving experience,and autonomous self-driving vehicular networks.

    Interconnection framework of information-centric IoT:GlobeSen was proposed,which implemented the efficient interconnection of sensor networks and Internet.According to the characteristic of weak network elements,such as wireless sensor nodes,and the spatio-temporal relationship of sensory data,an information-centric network protocol for sensor networks NDNs was designed.Then,a protocol translation mechanism in the gateway was designed to interconnect NDNs and NDNx that running in Internet.A prototype by using the TelosB wireless sensor node and ARM board was implemented,and the proposed design by deploying the prototype in the environment was evaluated.

    In the emergency communication,UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicle) are used more and more widely,and a V2I (vehicle to infrastructure) vehicle communication technology based on UAV was proposed.Because of the communication distance and the shelter of the terrain,the ground vehicle and the base station may not connect directly.At this time,the UAV can be used as communication relay.In the process of communication,in order to meet the fairness of ground vehicle communication,a time interval less than the coherence time was selected based on the coordinates of moving ground vehicles,the transmission rate between vehicles in each time interval are calculated to maximize the minimum transmission rate as the optimization goal.In order to solve this problem,the entire communication process was dispersed.First,UAV flight trajectory to maximize the minimum transmission rate at each time interval within the range of the UAV flight path was calculated to get the whole communication process trajectory.Simulation results show that through the path planning of UAV,the information transmission rate of the vehicle is obviously better than the transmission rate under the fixed position of UAV.

    Performance analysis of a VLC system with a new light source and joint step-by-step mapping spatial modulation

    A new type of light source in the visible light communication (VLC) system was adopted to realize the illumination and data transmission functions simultaneously.Also,a joint step-by-step mapping spatial modulation method based on spatial modulation and red,green,and blue (RGB) LED was proposed.The new light source consisted of white LED and one or more sets of RGB LED,where white LED provided only illumination and RGB LED was only used for communications.The color of RGB LED was controlled by power allocation and the color quality of the new light source was evaluated by color rendering index (CRI).Moreover,the bit error rate (BER) performance of the joint step-by-step mapping spatial modulation scheme with direct current optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (DCO-OFDM) at the receivers was also analysed.Simulation results show that the power of RGB LED can be adaptively adjusted according to different requirements of communication and illumination to meet the needs of different scenarios.The VLC system can achieve good BER performance with appropriate light group layout and direct current paranoia.

    For virus propagation in wireless sensor networks,based on the epidemic theory,a virus propagation model with immune mechanism was proposed.Numerical calculations and experimental results show that when a small number of network nodes are added with immune mechanism,the virus propagation rate can be effectively reduced and the anti-virus capability of the network can be improved.At the same time,communication radius,transfer probability and node density of nodes have great influence on the propagation of sensor network virus.Dynamic adjustment of these parameters can make the whole network performance balance.

    Under the directed network topology,formation of UAVs with leader-follower structure was studied.And a fault estimation method using distributed adaptive sliding mode observer was designed for actuator fault with unknown upper bound.First of all,for each network node,based on the directed network topology,relative output estimation error was introduced to show information exchanges between neighbouring nodes.And a corresponding sliding mode observer was constructed.Then the global error system was defined,and the stability and sliding mode reaching condition was proved by Lyapunov theory.At last,all the parameters to be designed were calculated by the linear matrix inequality toolbox,and the validity of the proposed method was verified by Matlab simulation.

    A method of obstacle detection based on information fusion of millimeter wave radar and machine vision sensor was proposed.Firstly,the millimeter wave radar and camera calibration,image and radar realize spatiotemporal data synchronization,the target position was accurate projection detected by radar images,and then a method of generating radar target region of interest,and the image information using the frame difference method,image detection of moving objects,detection area was put forward.Finally,the radar detection area was compared with the machine vision detection area.The coincidence degree was calculated,and the target was divided into pedestrian or vehicle according to coincidence degree.The experimental results show that the method can detect the obstacle of millimeter wave radar and machine vision well,and make up for the shortage of single sensor in obstacle detection.

    With the end of the era of high profit growth of telecom operators,the effectiveness of basic resource investment had attracted much attention.The provincial telecom operators paied more attention to the investment efficiency of their subordinate cities,and how to achieve efficient delivery of resources was the key for provincial corporate.On the basis of the traditional evaluation methods,an index linkage analysis system from the perspective of key indicators related performance was attempted to establish,starting from benchmarking with the province's average value,and a comprehensive evaluation of the investment efficiency of the city was made.The input of resources was strived to avoid into the air,and the investment efficiency of land and city was strived to maximize.
