摘要：

在基于IP的网络中，IP传真业务的使用越来越普遍，但是复杂的客户环境也正影响着IP语音以及传真业务的正常开展。根据实际运营中遇到的IP传真干扰问题，在深入分析问题原因的基础上，提出了相应的解决方案，并且取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

As the new application of one traditional service on the IP network，IP fax is being widely used.However，VoIP and fax are interfered by the complexity of the customer environment.This article provides a solution based on thoroughly having analyzed the interferential causation of IP fax encountered on the customer environment，and obtaines better effect on putting into practice.
