摘要:

与传统电信产品相比,移动互联网产品在产品特性、营销和销售模式等方面显著不同,如何摆脱路径依赖式的思维模式、科学考核和评估移动互联网产品运营状况,是摆在传统电信运营商面前的新课题。在分析移动互联网产品特点的基础上,提出了由产品力评估—运营力评估—营销力评估—市场表现力评估组成的基于用户体验的移动互联网产品运营评估体系,并给出相应的实施建议。

关键词: 移动互联网, 运营评估, 用户体验

Abstract:

Mobile Internet products are significantly different with the traditional telecommunication products in product characteristics,marketing and sales mode,etc。How to get rid of path dependence of thinking mode and build a scientific evaluation index system of mobile Internet products,is a new topic to the traditional telecom carrier.Based on the analysises of mobile Internet product characteristics,the paper puts forward the mobile Internet product operation evaluation index system based on user experience and consisting of product assessment,operation assessment,marketing assessment,performance assessment,and then gives corresponding application suggestions.
