摘要： 以支撑企业集约化运营为基础，结合企业运营及资源管理系统现状，提出了资源管理对企业集约化运营的各种支撑手段和策略，并结合省级运营商的使用情况，为网络资源管理系统在其他各省及其他运营商资源关系建设提供参考。

Abstract: On the basis of supporting enterprises intensivet operation, and combined with the present situations of enterprise operation and resource management system, the resource management various support means and strategies for enterprise intensive operation were proposed and a reference for the building of resource management system in other provinces was provided .
