面向移动终端细分市场的差异化定制技术研究

摘要:

随着智能移动终端普及率的提高,智能终端的用户逐渐根据性别、年龄、收入、职业等因素自然形成不同的用户区隔,但面向大多数消费者的通用型智能终端仍是市场的主流。通用型智能终端在硬件配置、操作系统、应用软件、用户界面设计等方面同质化严重,无法满足细分市场用户的差异化需求。为实现差异化定制,运营商或终端厂商应该根据细分市场用户的主要需求,结合终端软硬件技术的发展情况,在用户可接受价格的约束下开展终端产品的定制工作。本文介绍了一种根据用户自然属性与其对电子消费品的认知水平进行市场区隔的方法,针对区隔出的细分市场,提出了一种差异化定制智能移动终端产品的方法。

Abstract:

With the increasing penetration of smart phone devices,smart phone users gradually form different user segments according to gender,age,income,occupation and other natural factors.But general-purpose smart phone is still the market's mainstream.General-purpose smart phones are similar in the hardware components,operating system,application,user interface and other aspects.They can not meet the user's needs of different segments.To achieve differentiated customization,operator or terminal manufacturers should carry on terminal customization based on user's main demand of the segments,the hardware and software technology development,and the constraints of the user's acceptable price.This paper firstly introduces a market segmentation approach of consumer electronics market based on its natural attributes and its user awareness of consumer electronics,secondly proposes a differentiated customization approach of smart phone according to the segment market.
