Abstract:

In recent years,all kinds of information industry parks are being built for realizing industry strategy,developing local economy and being international.Being short of planning on management information system,some of them can not meet the requirements on high-efficiency and high-standard of the information industry park,because the building way is still old.This paper introduces the basic concept of the planning on MIS of information industry parks and planning principle,and the great necessity of planning.From the life cycle of an information industry park,this paper gives a MIS function framework,which includes project management information system,operation management information system and office management information system.At last,this paper describes the difficulties in planning on MIS of information industry parks,and some applications of new IT techniques in MIS.
