摘要：微功率（短距离）无线设备应用广泛、数量众多，在人们的日常生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用，但其监管目前还存在一定的问题，市场情况也较为混乱。从我国微功率设备的管理现状入手，进行了市场情况调查，分析和总结了我国对于微功率无线电设备监管存在的不足和问题，并提出了相应的应对思路与相关建议。

Abstract:

Micro-power（short-range radio communication）wireless devices are widely used, and numerous, they play a more and more important role in people's daily life. But there are still some problems in its supervision and administration, the market situation is also chaotic. The management status of the micro-power equipment was analyzed, and some market surveys were made. The problems and issues for micro-power radio equipment in the supervision were summarized. Finally some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
