Abstract:

In the era of mobile internet,mobile data traffic is growing at an unprecedented rate.The telecom operators are facing problems,such as great increase in data traffic but not in income,the penetration of traffic packages is not high,the promotion of its own mobile internet applications is difficult,and so on.This paper is based on the actual case of the telecom operators,and it introduces the use and effect of collaborative filtering,social network analysis,decision tree data mining technology in traffic operation.
