Research on Developing Mobile Internet Traffic Management Measure from the Perspective of Customer

Abstract:

With the explosive growth of mobile internet in China,at the end of december 2011,the number of users reached 356 million,how to effectively enhance the user traffic to achieve effective traffic management,is an important issue for the major operators.From the perspective of customer research,based on mobile internet users behavior,this article uses customer research to develop measures for enhancing the user traffic which includes packages,applications and sales recommendations for the telecom operators in China.
