摘要:

本文设计了一种基于工业以太网总线和现场总线的集散式混合网络监控系统。其通过工业以太网为监控数据的传输提供高速通道并实现集中控制,通过现场总线接口实现分布式第三方监测设备的无缝接入,可实现可靠的矿井监控,并具有开放性好、实时性高和通信速率高等特点。

Abstract:

Based on the status of domestic safety monitoring system used in coal mine, a safety monitoring system is proposed, which adopt the techniques of industry ethernet and field bus to build a hybrid distributed accessing network. Industry ethernet provides a high-speed channel for the multimedia monitoring data, and the monitoring system can control distributed devices. Also, with the techniques of field bus,any distributed third-party devices can access the hybrid network and communicate seamlessly. In this paper, the structure is analyzed as well as the communication mode between control stations and substations. This system can achieve to monitor and control the devices of coal mine with the characteristics of high reliability,openness,real-time control and high communication rate etc.
