首先阐述了IPTV与OTT TV业务的定义以及发展现状，并着重分析了二者在业务模式、技术实现等方面的差异，其次从用户角度描绘了未来电视的主要形态，并详细分析了IPTV与OTT TV业务最终的发展趋势。

Abstract:

The definition of IPTV and OTT TV was described as well as development status，and the differences both in the business model and technology were also analyzed.From the user’s point of view，the main form of television in the future，and a detailed analysis of the end trends of IPTV and OTT TV business were depicted.
