摘要:

应用波特五力模型分析了当前我国电信市场运营环境和市场竞争态势,判断4G时代我国电信业将呈现出“3+N+N”的市场格局。在这种市场格局下,结合移动互联网的崛起趋势,进一步探讨了4G市场下我国电信行业各类参与主体应结合自身条件,采取差异化、成本领先和特定行业聚焦等不同的经营策略。

Abstract:

The analysis of the current operating environment and market competition of China's telecommunications industry were illustrated based on Porter's Five-Force model. On the 4G era, it will be emerged a new pattern of“3+N+N”of China's telecommunications market in future. Based on this market structure, in the 4G market, China's telecom market participants should adopt different business strategies according to their own conditions, such as differentiation, cost leadership and industry-specific focus, etc.
