    With the rapid development of ICT(information communication technology) and aerospace technology,the space network related technology is becoming mature,the global promotion of information technology fi eld has been fully expanded to all the space of human production,life and scientifi c research,including land,ocean,sky and space.For the China's information network,it is the focus to speed up the construction of the space-integrated-ground information network and realize the goal of seamless global coverage through the cooperation of the heaven and earth network.Firstly,the composition,network form and main characteristics of the space-ground integrated information network were described.Then,the development status and trend of the space-integrated-ground information networks at home and abroad were summarized.Finally,the key technologies needed to break through in the construction of the space- integrated-ground information network were analyzed,Hoping to provide reference for the development and construction of the space-integrated-ground information network.

    The characteristics of space-ground network was combed.Against security threats in space-ground network,the security risks faced by measurement control,operation control,terminal access,wireless transmission,transmission,business information system,maintenance management were analyzed.Further,by dividing space-ground network security into four layers:foundation layer,access layer,network layer and application layer,a security architecture to protect space-ground network was proposed.An implement mechanism (including unifi ed security management and security situation aware,entity authentication and access protection,interconnection control,cipher on-demand service,dynamic reconstruction of security service ) was designed to guarantee the security of space-ground network.

    As the overall scale of the constellation system continues to increase,its service capabilities are gradually expanding from traditional mobile communication services to broadband interconnection services,which puts forward new requirements for the operation,maintenance and resource management in the satellite constellation system.The challenges brought by constellation scale,resource dynamics,and resource failure for the performance management-oriented network operation and maintenance and resource management in mega constellation system (MCS) were fi rst analyzed.The key technologies of network operation,maintenance and resource management for MCS were discussed from the aspects of traff c prediction and resource perception and maintenance and dynamic resource slicing.An intelligent network management and control architecture was proposed to realize lightweight operation and maintenance and resource management for MCS,laying a theoretical foundation for the efficient network operation and maintenance and resource management technology for future space-terrestrial integrated networks.

    With the development of the national major project of space-integrated-ground information network including space-based access network and LEO constellation system,it is urgently to be solved how to deal with the routing problem of LEO constellation with inter-satellite communication.One of the research ideas is to study the high dynamic characteristics of LEO constellations and analyze the adaptability of ground-based IP routing technology.The correlation analysis process and conclusion were given,which could provide important basis and support for the routing solution of LEO constellation system with inter-satellite communication.

    By analyzed the characteristics of the space-integrated-ground information network,combined with the current development trend of advanced satellite network simulation technology at home and abroad,compared the advantages and disadvantages of current mainstream simulation software,a simulation platform based on QualNet was built.A solution for the space-integrated-ground information network simulation was proposed,the network topology,protocol model system and evaluation index system were designed,and the ability of the space-integrated-ground information network networking,routing and transmission was verifi ed.

    Aiming at the heterogeneity,dynamics,high latency and limited resources of space-based network,the possibility of application of the existing terrestrial network management protocol used directly in space-based network had been analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each network management protocol had been compared.Based on the above research,the problems caused by the direct use of traditional network management protocols had been further analyzed,such as the lack of end-to-end delay description in the MIB library and the complexity of network port traff c analysis,which is not conductive to the direct observation of network management systems.Finally,combined with the traditional network management protocol SNMP,a method suitable for monitoring the links of heterogeneous networks,including network topology,custom test of the delay and network traff c was proposed.The results of this paper have reference value for the design and construction of space-based network.

    Aiming at the problem of space environment adaptability of COTS products,the fault tolerance reinforcement of space computer was carried out through crosss layer collaborative software fault tolerant technology.The space computer based on COTS product was designed and developed.Through carrying the last stage rocket,the on orbit technical test was carried out for six months.The test results show that the proposed method can improve the space environment adaptability of COTS products,it has guiding signifi cance to promote the aerospace application of commercial shelf products.

    SCMA detection algorithms in the satellite communication system was studied,and optimal allocation of codebook and the incomplete iterative MPA detection algorithm were combined to improve system performance while reducing system complexity.The convergence of the SCMA detection algorithm was studied,and an improved serial-parallel MPA algorithm was proposed.This algorithm could accelerate the system convergence speed while reducing the processing delay,and the system complexity was also reduced.

    According to the need of power system for GEO satellite,the plan design and simulation based on Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology were designed and simulated.It could reduce the power loss in power transport line and made full use of the output power of solar array.Based on the research and simulation for solar array,the simulation of all the power system was fi nished.The result of simulation provides that it can complete the MPPT function and stabilize the bus voltage.Last,the new plan and the traditional one were compared,which shows the advantage of the new plan and lays a foundation for next power system.

    The space network is mainly composed of satellite networks of various architectures with many network nodes.Compared with the ground network,the nodes in the satellite network are diff cult to observe and control,and the network equipment is extremely expensive.The rapid increase in the number of users has brought a great burden to the network,and at the same time caused the network resources to be unreasonably used.The application of traditional network architecture to large-scale satellite networks results in the inability to fl exibly confi gure the network and uneven resource allocation.Aim to the above problems,a space network resource scheduling system based on SDN(software defi ned network)/NFV(network function virtualization) architecture was proposed to realized real-time monitoring of space network resources.At the same time,it combined MPTCP (multipath TCP) and SDN to completed the fl exible confi guration of the space network and the rational use of its resources.It improved the throughput of the network.

    With the commercialization of 5G,the integration of satellite communication and ground 5G has become a key research direction in the industry.Low earth orbit satellite network can cover the whole world and communicate with anyone at any time and anywhere.It is an eff ective supplement and expansion of terrestrial cellular network.Especially,the deployment of low earth orbit (LEO) internet constellation such as OneWeb and Starlink accelerates the development of LEO satellite network.However,due to the high dynamic of LEO satellite and the fast change of its network topology,the network management problem caused by it has become the diff culty of LEO satellite application,and mobility management is one of the key technologies.How to build a mobility management mechanism suitable for high dynamic LEO satellite network is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the idea of ground distributed gateway and satellite agent cluster,the dynamic virtualization distributed mobility management (DV-DMM) model was proposed,which was mainly used to solve the problems of poor scalability and single point failure of traditional mobility management.At the same time,it used satellite to build virtual gateway to solve the problem of building satellite ground station on the ground.

    In view of the existing problems in infrastructure,data sharing,application services and other aspects in China's space information application service system,the defi nition,construction concept and development goal of ground information port (GIP) was proposed by referring to the mature concept of "port" in the fi eld of aviation and transportation.Combined with the construction of the national project of space-integrated-ground network (SIGN),ground information port aims to eliminate information island,get through system channel and eliminate application chimney stress on this basis,from the "sharing,integration of general application,open" concept,the connotation and denotation of the GIP were discussed.It will provide reference for the construction of the national networking spatio-temporal information service system in the future.

    The demand of new marine applications,such as ocean observation,polar scientific research,autonomous ship navigation,ship dynamic tracking,etc.,for the space-integrated-ground information network was analyzed.The typical marine applications,such as ocean remote sensing data relay,space-based internet of things of ocean observation platform,safety supervision of ships in the middle and far seas were proposed.Through the demonstration and promotion of the space-ground integrated information network marine application,we can promote the eff ective integration of the marine application and the Space-Ground Integrated Information Network,improve the comprehensive level of marine informatization,and help the rapid and stable development of China’s marine economy.
